Qualifications:
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Board-Certified Physical Therapy NJ license or eligibility for licensure is required
- Current CPR certification
- Exercise, sports and neuro rehab, and manual-based skills

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Write and send clinical documents, including initial evaluations, progress reports, plans of care, recertification reports, and re-examination reports, within the time frame set by office policy.
- Maintain compliance with standards and procedures established by Medicare and private insurance companies.
- Keep clinical notes up-to-date, accurate, and completed within the designated time frame outlined by office policy.
- Exhibit proper etiquette and manners that reflect appropriate healthcare behavioral standards. Show kindness, empathy, and a high level of care to every patient who enters the clinic.
- Provide exceptional one-on-one patient care with a focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Help manage and optimize patient volume through proactive communication and scheduling coordination
- Participate in community outreach and basic marketing efforts to promote the practice and profession
- Contribute to the positive, growth-oriented culture of the practice
- Collaborate with the team on strategies to improve patient retention and attract new patients
- Communicate with patients to encourage their commitment to the plan of care.
- Utilize effective time management skills to maximize time spent with patients.
- Foster a collegial and supportive relationship with colleagues.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through in-house education.
- Assist with clinical affiliations for students from physical therapy graduate programs.
**Sign-on Bonus: $7,500**
**Salary Range: $85,500.00 – $128,500.00 per year**

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Maintain ethical, reasonable caseload expectations focused on quality care
- Implement therapeutic exercise, functional training, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and manual therapy within scope of practice
- Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR
- Communicate effectively with supervising PTs regarding patient status
- Instruct and motivate patients to promote functional independence
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, APTA standards, and payer guidelines
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and community outreach
- Uphold a positive, patient-first culture aligned with Total Care’s mission
Compensation
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for full-time PTA positions, based on experience and commitment, paid through structured retention milestones.
Pay Range: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (full-time equivalent; part-time prorated).
